Foodies and Francophiles should mark their calendars for an evening of fabulous French cuisine at Lift Me Up! Inc.’s annual gala---Soiree Parisienne to be held October 26, 2013 at Mon Ami Gabi located in the Reston Town Center. Live and silent auctions will also be featured. About Lift Me Up! Inc.: Since 1975, Lift Me Up! Inc. has provided thousands of therapeutic horseback riding lessons to adults and children with disabilities as well as veterans in Northern Virginia. Instructors are certified and the center is accredited by PATH (Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship). This is a very special equestrian program that engages the best of humanity with extraordinary horses to provide a healing experience for those in our community who are most challenged. Each year hundreds of volunteers donate nearly 10,000 hours of service to support individuals with disabilities and their families. Lift Me Up! Inc. relies on financial and in-kind donations from individuals and corporations. It is a 501(c)3 corporation and participates in the United Way Combined Federal Campaign CPF # 70459.
