Ten goats went missing and have been assumed stolen from three separate farms in the Spotsylvania/Stafford County area on Friday night/Saturday morning. The missing goats include both females and males (one is a pregnant doe), and a mix of different breeds: a nubian, a few kikos, pygmys and crosses. Pictures of the goats are attached to this post. Please share!

"Three female goats were stolen out of their Stafford County pasture in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 16, 2016. Locally, five other goats were reported stolen in the same time frame. Feed, hay, wheelbarrow, buckets and other items were also removed from the feed shed located within the pasture. If anyone has information as to the whereabouts of these goats, please report the information to Stafford County Animal Control at 540-658-7387."

"One of mine was pure Nubian, the other two were Kiko/Boer/Nubian mix. The other couple had Kiko and Kiko mixes - they lost 4 males and a pregnant female. There was also a woman in Spotsylvania County just down the road from us that had two taken the same night so we are looking at a total of 10 goats taken in the same night from a relatively close area."

"We are located approx. 1 mile east from where the 3 goats were stolen.
5 goats were stolen the same night from our farm. 4 males & 1 small brown pregnant female."

"I live in Spotsylvania. We had 2 female Pygmy goats taken late Friday night early Saturday morning. The spostylvania Sheriff's Office has been out and taken a report. They are in touch with Stafford as well. Our goats were over 8 years old and we've never had a problem with them until this. We hope we find out who is behind this awful mess. I'm not sure why they picked me so far from Stafford but I feel it is linked and not a coincidence that mine were taken at the same time. Thank you for trying to help us goat owners out."
