BB Equestrian is a full-service equestrian facility located in Moseley, VA-based out of Sappony Creek Farm.
We are a premium boarder’s facility that strives to provide the best possible care for you and your equine partner with customizable boarding options and individually tailored care plans.
Our top notch facilities provide a comfortable “barn family” environment where everyone can easily achieve their equestrian goals. Whether you’re looking for the best quality care for your horse, a comfortable and welcoming environment, or the best possible facilities, BB Equestrian has what you’re looking for.
What we offer:
We are proud to offer roomy 12×12 stalls (with window stalls available), group or private turnout, premium quality hay, a large outdoor ring with lighting, a beautiful indoor ring perfect for inclement weather, a round pen, and miles of hills and trails.
In addition, BB farms has two wash stalls with heated and cooled water, 6 grooming stalls, an office, climate controlled bathrooms, lounge with full kitchen, and climate controlled tack rooms.
Our dedicated team of professionals are here to take the worry out of caring for your equine partner. We offer an experienced 24-hour live in barn-hand, holding for vet and farrier, grooming, and individually tailored boarding and exercise packages.
As a true boarder’s facility, BB Equestrian invites you to bring your own vet, farrier, and trainer (with proper insurance) to our facilities. Don’t have one and want to use ours? No problem, contact us to make arrangements.

From the intersection of Hull Street Road and Route 288, drive 9.2 miles West on Hull Street Road. Take a left onto Route 603 (Beaver Bridge Road). Drive Approximately 3/4 mile. Facility will be on the right (Sappony Creek Farm Sign)
