Quiet, private, and serene boarding facility, just outside of Manassas in Prince William County**
Welcome to Bellaville Farm!
Full Stall Board ($500) includes:
- your own private pasture with turn-out during the day (can opt for group turn-out as well)
- hay fed twice daily (your choice of timothy/orchard mix, or alfalfa)
- premium shavings added once per week
- supplements fed (owner provided)
- blanketing (fly sheet during summer or blanket during winter, owner provided)
PLUS! Each stall comes fully equipped with:
- rubber mats
- powerful fan with multiple settings and timers
- auto fly spray
- personalized stall plate
- mature trees throughout property for ample shade
Field Board includes:
blanketing (owner provided), hay, run-in shed
Self Care Board available for $375
The farm has a dry-lot pasture with a run-in, tack room, loft above barn to store winter blankets/summer fly sheets, wash rack, and access to trails
Owner resides on premise for 24-hour watch
Spring and Fall vet clinics for vaccines
