Owned by Teddy and Polly Bance, Byrdhill Farm is 325 acres hidden away in rural Fluvanna County. We are 15 minutes away from Zions Crossroads, 25 minutes away from Pantops, and 30 minutes from Short Pump.



We offer a variety of services including full service boarding and pasture boarding as well as lay-ups and full-time turnout for retirees. A sand-ring with jumps is available as well as thousands of acres of trails for you to enjoy.



The farm is a fixture for the Deep Run Hunt Club during fox hunting season.



Training and lessons are available.



We have 12 stalls, 6 pastures, thousands of acres of trails, a sand riding ring, and open fields to enjoy. Horses have excellent pasture.



Boarding Options:



1. Full service board with stall in main stable - $550 per month

Includes feed and top quality hay

Blanketing as needed

Daily/ nightly group turnout depending on season

3. Pasture board with feed 2x's a day - $350

Includes top quality hay

Run-in shed available

4. Retirement pasture board - $225 per month
