The barn has all of the amenities; matted 11x11 stalls with windows and skylights, A/C controlled tack room, separate tack trunk storage area, hot-cold wash stall, indoor bathroom, a kitchen/grain room, bluestone dust 120 x 160 outdoor arena with jumps, and trails accessible from the facility! Auto waterers are in 2 of the 5 pastures and a run-in shed is in the largest pasture. Trees offer shade in other pastures that don't have run-ins. Trails are accessible from the property and Farmington Hunt is nearby. The owner lives on-site, holds horses for vet and farrier visits and checks horses daily for issues A great quality second cut hay is fed year-round (if needed) with AM and PM grain feeding. Lunch feedings can be arranged at an added cost. Holding your horse for the vet and farrier are included as are blanket changes and fly masks/fly spray application. Lessons are available on site.
