Benefit ride begins at 10:30 AM. $25 per rider entrance fee includes lunch which will be served from 1-3 PM. Donations are appreciated. Site offers nearly 20 miles of mountain trails. Primitive camping available—site has no facilities. All riders must show proof of current Coggins.

Directions: From Charlottesville take Rt. 29 South/from Lynchburg take Rt. 29 North to Rt. 6 East towards Scottsville. Follow for 2 miles and turn left onto Rt. 632. Go about 1 mile to Waveland Farm on right. Look for trail ride signs.
Jennifer Tinder Transplant Fund
Jennifer Lee Tinder is a 31-year-old Nelson County Native. She has been battling Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 13. In December of 2005 she was diagnosed with Stage IV Kidney Failure. As a result of this life-threatening condition, she now requires a kidney transplant. This surgery is estimated to cost $200,000, and in addition, Jennifer will be required to take daily anti-rejection medications for the rest of her life. As you can imagine, funding is greatly needed. Any assistance you may provide is greatly appreciated.
