Full care field board or retirement board available in small, quiet facility (15 horses) on 140 acre farm with excellent pasture on quiet gravel road in Piedmont Hunt territory. All horses are on 24/7 turnout in pastures with run-in sheds and automatic waterers. Some horses come into stalls to eat ($25 extra per month if available), and a stall is available on a temporary basis if your horse is waiting for vet/farrier or in case of stall rest.



  • Lighted 200' x 132' bluestone/sand arena w/ jumps and a dressage court (usually)

  • Excellent ride out

  • Indoor wash stall w/hot and cold water

  • Heated tack room

  • Grooming aisle

  • Grain 2x day (owner provided supplements fed without charge)

  • Hay (alfalfa orchard mix square bales) as needed in winter

  • 2x daily check

  • Fly masks on and off according to conditions in summer / blankets in winter



    Barn owner has over 35 years experience in riding and horse management. Current boarders are lower level eventers and foxhunters, with some retirement boarders mixed in. No trainer on premises, but yours is welcome.
