Enjoy elite care at the 88 acre relaxed and friendly Round Hill SunPower Farm! SunPower Farm is a private boarding facility dedicated to the individual preferences and needs of each horse/owner. Your trainer, vet and farrier are welcome. Mares and retirees/special needs/rehab horses are welcomed. Conveniently nestled in Round Hill (5 minutes from Route 7 and 10 mins from Purcellville, 20 minutes from Leesburg, Middleburg, Berryville),this picturesque farm offers stunning mountain views and rolling fields bordered by stone walls and ponds. The fields are ideal for hacking and conditioning. The entire farm is fenced for security.
SunPower Farm offers a full size competition dressage ring complete with mirrors. The ring is enclosed by a second fence for safety and the ring has underground drains to quickly remove surface water from the footing, allowing for year round riding. The ring is dragged daily and has lighting.
The 14 oversized matted stalls offer a choice of European stall or American stall styles.
Twice daily feeding with top feeds and free choice hay. Second cutting hay is available, as is alfalfa. Heated winter buckets are uutilized in winter.
Many lush fields (board fence) are available for private, semi-private and trio turnouts.
Inside the barn, grooming is easy with multiple hot/cold wash stalls and even a vet/farrier third grooming stall with vacuum. Additional features include built in tack boxes and a heated tack room with sink/micro/frig. Trailer parking is available.
Owner/manager is a dressage rider and lives on site.
