Experienced dressage rider ISO horse to lease within 1 hour of Woodbridge, VA.

Facility must either have an indoor (preferred) or well-lit outdoor. I work full time and have a young child, so I need a situation where I can either ride very early in the morning (like around 6:30 or 7:00am) or late afternoon/evenings. I'm currently riding a 4th level horse and schooling Prix St George/Intermediare. Unfortunately the barn does not have lights which severely restricts how frequently I can ride.

Ideally looking for a 3 day per week half-lease, maybe more if the horse is close enough to Woodbridge (Nokesville, Manassas, Clifton). Would love a situation where I can trailer out for lessons, clinics, and possibly shows (I have my own trailer).

While my ideal would be a horse that is already schooling at least 3rd level I am open to leasing a greener horse as long as they have solid basics. Hot is fine but bucking, spinning, or rearing is a no-go. I'm well-passed my "ye-haw" need-to-prove-myself-to-everyone phase. Just looking for something enjoyable to ride.

Would also be open to leasing a hunter/jumper type with the understanding that I really am more interested in working on dressage and I am not interested in a situation where I will be required to take regular jumping lessons.

Not picky on breed or type but I am tall so prefer something that is either 16.2 plus, or has thick build to take up my leg. Honestly, I'm pretty flexible so feel free to reach out if you think you have something.
