Room for a couple more horses (geldings and/or mares) at a quiet facility conveniently located between Warrenton and Culpeper. Levels of care to suit you and your horse's needs: "Self care" (pay for hay, grain, shavings, etc) starting at $200 up to $475 for full stall board. A shed row stall is available (call for a discounted price). There is a bluestone paddock to share with another pony that can't have a lot of grass. There is an inside stall connected to a paddock ideal for lay up care (call for pricing). Wash stall with HOT water complete with a heat lamp for cold weather washing. Turn out with shelter. 100x200 all weather sand arena with lights being added now that days are so short! 65' blue stone round pen. Excellent place to train professionally or ride for pleasure. Great location for easy trailering to Culpeper and Warrenton. Barn manager has B.S. in Agriculture (equine nutrition and husbandry) and over 25 years experience. Facility is fully insured.
