Unique opportunity if you're looking for a peaceful boarding facility. Rarely do I have spots open as I only accept long term boarders, and this is a private farm. Beautiful, serene setting on a 100+ acre farm, on a quiet dirt road. Farm boarders & has ride out to 1000 acres of horse trails (must become a member to ride on). 100' x 190' outdoor bluestone arena, large grass pastures, all wooden fencing. At this time I will have 2 stalls open (one now & 1 March 1st), as well as 2 field boarding spots open.

*10' x 10' matted stalls with bagged shavings

*bank style barn that stays warm in the winter, cool in the summer

*wash stall with heater as well as hot/cold water

*tack room, trailer storage, and additional storage if needed in the upper barn

*horses fed as much as they need no skimping on supplies, free choice slow feed hay nets while stalled

*due to being a small private facility care is top notch, customized programs are not a problem

*senior horse retirement programs and hard keepers welcome

Due to being a smaller facility we average 12-15 horses therefore at this time for the stall spots preferably easy geldings or a mare who would do well in a small gelding herd preferred. Not looking for individual turnout or one that's going to come in and beat up the current horses. For the stall boarding they have access to a 15 acre grass field for turnout, kept in on bad weather days, lights at night if needed for hair coats, daily blanket changes, fly spray (owners expense), bandage changes, lay ups, medical care can all be given at a small additional fee.

We are a small adult barn, with a mix of retired horses, hunter under saddle show horses, low level eventers and just trail riders. You'll most likely always be riding alone or with 1 extra person as this is a very quiet facility.

I don't deal with barn hoppers, BS or drama so please don't contact. But if you're looking for a smaller facility to provide top notch care, are easy to get along with, love a beautiful setting then this may be the facility for you! Ideally a long term boarding situation is what would suit best as our boarders tend to stay here. No self care boarding, only full care options.
