Camp Friendship Equestrian Center in Palmyra, Virginia is seeking an Assistant Riding Director to add to our team. This is a hands on role for someone that has vast horse knowledge, but who also thrives in the people side of camping. This is a full time year-round position with housing available for the right person. Duties would include management of our summer riding counselors, camper parent coordination, riding, teaching, staff and camper recruitment, assistance with barn management and possible assistance with marketing. Other camp activity skills are a bonus, but not required. Salary will depend on experience but in the range of $25,000-$28,000 per year starting.
