Pet friendly on a case by case basis. The house is set back nearly 1/2 mile from the road, has a fantastic tranquil feel, chickens in the front yard, wrap around porch with seating, and a fishing/swimming pond in the front field. Self and full care spots available if you would like to bring your horse, free board and other perks potentially offered for the right person willing to handle AM feedings. Large bright/airy room on main floor available with great view of the property and own bathroom.

Ideal roommate: laid back working professional in her early to mid-20s, but feel free to reach out if this isn't you! Preference given to someone who knows their way around horses, and interested in helping out. Priority towards finding someone trustworthy who is living on a similar wavelength and gets along with us and our well behaved animals. This is a farm, and there may be times the farm bleeds over to the house (ie, a sick calf inside for a day or so, etc.) if this is something that will be an issue for you, this is not the house for you. We're fun (but not wild), open minded, tidy, and want the house to be a drama-free place to wind down after a long day. Room available 3/20
