Available for lease! Dusty is a very sweet 18+ year old Standardbred Gelding. He is not gaited! He has a lot to teach the right person. He has never reared. Has the most excellent ground manners, and can be a really fun horse to ride. I would prefer to find someone who enjoys trail riding and is preferably an advanced confident beginner. He's done a lot of trail riding , a couple of Hunter paces, ringwork, and lots of obstacle clinics and judged trail rides . Farm where he is kept has tons of trails, fields to ride in, a grassy jump ring and bluestone ring. He can walk/trot/canter. He has a super comfy canter. Will jump small logs, and some jumps (it's been a while so will need a refresher) Our trainer lives onsite and offers lessons on occasional week days and all day on Sundays. She offers ring lessons and trail lessons. This is a great place to learn! Lessons are a separate fee to be paid to the trainer.
