Camp Mont Shenandoah, a traditional summer camp for girls with an excellent English riding program, seeks an assistant riding instructor for the coming summer. Responsibilities include assisting in the teaching of safe and fun horseback riding lessons to girls between the ages of 7 and 16. There will also be assistance with horse care and barn maintenance.

Job Requirements:
*Skill and experience in planning and teaching lessons to all skill levels.
*Skill and experience in horse care and barn maintenance.
*Exceptional character and excellent judgement.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to respond to feedback
*Must be reliable, mature, responsible, honest, flexible and focused.
*At least 21 years of age.
*First Aid and CPR certifications as well as summer camp work experience are a big plus.
This is a six-day a week job from mid June to mid August. Pay is commensurate with skill and experience. Housing is available. Criminal background, sex offender registry and driver checks will be conducted on the successful candidate.
