I have a dry lot/small paddock with a shelter available that is suitable for a couple of miniature horses or ponies or for a single metabolic horse or a horse who needs layup. The paddock is graded with footing and stays clean and dry.

Board includes 24/7 access to quality hay, Triple Crown feeds, use of facilities, and daily maintenance such as blanketing and fly spraying. Facilities include 100'x200' arena with jumps, access to trails, wash stall with hot water, and a climate controlled tack room.
