Small, private farm in Middleburg, VA seeks full-time or part-time working student.

Unique opportunity to experience fox hunting, polo, eventing, dressage and jumpers.

🌟 We run a small sales and training business and you would have the chance to exercise polo ponies, practice a little polo, hack the competition horses, and take lessons on very safe horses.

🌟Position is 5-6 days a week (Mondays off), some early mornings, some late evenings, and flexibility in between. Duties include feeding, grooming, tacking-up, tack-cleaning, exercise riding and overall organization of barn. NO STALL CLEANING or heavy lifting since we have additional farm help.

🌟 You will receive daily lessons in a variety of disciplines and learn all aspects of horse care and management and you will be given a weekly stipend. Great opportunity to also audit lessons with top professionals in the area and perhaps take lessons from them too. The possibilities are endless and will vary with each candidate.

🌟 Looking for someone local since there is not currently housing or horse boarding available at this time. This position could be ideal for a young person or teenager but they must have reliable transportation.

🌟 There is lots of flexibility for the right person and the position has potential to grow into a more steady long-term job.
