One huge stall ($700/mo.) and one medium-sized stall (10 x 10" $675/mo.) at beautiful small close-in 40-acre farm. 15 minutes from the Old Town side of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and 19 minutes from Capitol Hill. Large, emerald green pasures,10 acres, 9 acres, 5 acres and 1 acre in size. Devoted care by full time farm manager who lives on site. Automatic waterers in each stall. Unlimited green, leafy orchard grass hay and Buckeye feed. Supplements provided by owners fed for free.

150 x 80 indoor with soft footing and 2 "Big Ass" fans for summer riding. 175 x 225 grass outdoor ring. All pastures lined with 3-board fence. Lessons available from H/J trainer who is a h/j judge.
