Working Student / Intern / reduced board: Inner Bay Equestrian is a small farm in Middleburg VA, producing 1-3 jumper-bred foals every other year from our small mare herd, raising and training young horses, preparing and participating in Hunter Breeding, Young Horse Show qualifiers, and registry inspections, H/J shows with older horses. Assist hands on owner with all operations: daily barn chores, including but "not limited to" stalls, turnouts, feeding, tacking, bathing, tack care, etc. Horses are cared for at a high standard. Other projects from groundskeeping (extra pay) to social media / website maintenance. Compensation: accommodation or stall for own horse, training-coaching. Requirements: Resumé, references, non smoker, (sorry, no pets-we have plenty), own transportation/health insurance, must sign waiver.
