Windy Willow Equestrian is seeking an additional Working Student to join our team. Our facility is a modern, well appointed barn located just west of the Loudoun County border in Clarke County. We welcome riders of all ages and have amazing clients. Our core show team participates in local as well as rated shows.

The role of the working student is to assist the trainer and barn manager with the day-to-day needs of our equines. Strong preference is given to candidates with a solid riding background, and candidates interested in learning barn management skills. The ideal candidate will be eager to soak up the knowledge we have to pass on, be eager to advance in the equestrian industry and willing to work hard.

In exchange for hours worked, the Working Student will earn lessons, ride time on our schoolmasters, clinic fees, show fees and other perks. For the right candidate, a lease will be included.

Hours are flexible. The candidate will receive initial and ongoing training, but will be expected to be a self-starter and be able to take initiative. Please contact us for consideration.
