Small dressage barn in Keswick is in search of part time help. This is not a full time position but instead a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a few extra hours of work each week. Assistance is needed for both morning and evening feeds and barn chores consist of feeding, turning out, mucking the barn, and preparing for the next feed by setting up hay and water. Additional extra chores might be available if interested for additional hours. Those might include cleaning water/feed buckets, cleaning and refilling troughs, dragging the ring and pastures, and general clean up around the barn. Training is available but consists only of teaching an interested applicant the barn routine and specific care for each horse. Applicants should have a good foundation in horse care and be able to work autonomously with the horses after a short period of training. For more information please email or text.
