Are you looking for a program where you feel like your goals are made a priority? Do you want to be valued as an important member of a team? We are currently looking to add another full or part time working student to our program. The position depends on the individual and could potentially include lessons, board, and a housing stipend.



Jubilee Equestrian is a mid-sized program, based in Free Union/Charlottesville VA. We specialize in training, lessons, and sales. The schedule varies depending on the horses in the barn. Thus, there is never a dull moment! In the 2020 calendar year we sold 40 horses (everything from OTTBs to Irish imports) to amazing homes. Throughout the year we have horses competing at USEA recognized events & the YEH series, dressage and jumper schooling shows, the RRP makeover, and unrecognized horse trials. We also have students working towards and earning their USPC ratings. Depending on the horses in for training or consignment we also foxhunt with FHC.



As stated above, the position can be full or part time and can be tailored to the individual's needs. Ideally the position will include general barn work, grooming, tacking, and riding (as appropriate based on applicant's ability). Currently, the position would only include evening stalls a few nights per week, as we have an awesome evening working student. We are happy to train the right individual; most important attributes are a willingness to work & learn, and reliability.
