Fox Chase Farm Celebrates Twice in One Week Top Honors from The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards, From the Virginia Horse Show Association.
MIDDLEBURG, VIRGINIA (November 16, 2007) — Fox Chase Farm, an events center in Middleburg, VA that specializes in events such as horse shows, today was awarded the Top 10 Associate Horse Shows from The Virginia Horse Show Association, the second major award in one week for the Middleburg horse farm.
Fox Chase Farm was honored on November 7, 2007 winning the top award in the Agricultural/Equine Category at the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner; being named Equine Business of the Year.
About 500 people attended the banquet and awards ceremony at the Hilton at Dulles Airport where the county’s top entrepreneurs were honored.
"What an honor it is for us win TWO prestigious awards within one week!" says Maureen Hanley, Director of Fox Chase Farm. “We thank all those in the horse community who have made our horse show series such a great success and making it possible for us to win two wonderful awards!"
This is the second time that Fox Chase Farm was honored with a Top 10 award from the Virginia Horse Show Association, winning in 2006, but a first time nomination and win from the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.
“We were just happy with being named a finalist for Business of the Year a couple of months ago," says Hanley, "There are so many great horse facilities in Loudoun County and for us to be named the best is such a great honor. We are so happy that Fox Chase Farm can offer horse events a quality horse show series and other activities in an area so rich in horse sports."
