Tri-County Feeds, Etc., located in Marshall, Virginia, is presenting a series of free seminars on the latest developments in equine nutrition. These seminars, taught by prominent equine nutritionists, will provide attendees with a wealth of practical knowledge regarding feeding their equine partners. Bill Jackson, president of Tri-County Feeds, Etc., said, “We are bringing some of the country’s leading equine nutritionists to the Northern Piedmont Region to provide our customers with the latest information on effective equine nutrition. We hope many will join us for these outstanding programs.”

Upcoming seminars include:
· March 13th—Nutrena’s Dan Shively speaks on forage replacement and supplementation options (5pm to 7pm)

· March 27th—McCauley’s Dr. John Lew dispels feeding and supplementation myths (5pm to 7pm)

· April 3rd—Nutrena’s Dan Shively addresses sugars and starches and what non-soluble carbohydrates mean to your horse (5pm to 7pm)

· April 10th—Pennfield’s Dr. Kathleen Crandell covers feeding the performance horse and Pfizer’s Stephanie Smith presents insight into feed-thru fly control (5pm to 7pm)

· May 1st—Nutrena’s Dan Shively provides the information you need on feeding your senior horse (5pm to 7pm)

· May 15th—Nutrena’s Dan Shively talks about fueling the equine athlete (5pm to 7pm)
