This is a fun and unique clinic that looks at the variety of ways horses are able to learn and how you can use these to influence your horse’s behavior.
Yes, I mean YOU! You with the horse that drags you around and steps on you or spooks and bucks at every chance. You can learn how to change that behavior and how to prevent it in the first place.
Topics will include: reading obvious and subtle body language, use of the training wheel, whole brain learning (TTEAM and TTouch), associative learning, habituation and operant conditioning.
Also, learn the results of brainwave studies in horses as they relate to learning, and results of intelligence studies in other animals.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!
Cost: $50 (note this is a participation clinic. You will be learning and doing and having fun, not just auditing.)
