We are happy to announce the publication of SAM SADDLEBAGS, HORSE DETECTIVE: MOVIE MADNESS By Irene Martinko

This new children’s book features a horse who solves mysteries. The story is fun and easy to read, and is intended for readers aged 7-10.

The author, Irene Martinko, is a 12-year old 7th grader in Springfield, Virginia. This is her first book, and was written when she was 11. One of her stories, a history mystery for children, was featured last year in “Fairfax Stories,” published by Fairfax County, Virginia.

The illustrations for “Sam Saddlebags,” were created by artist, Noah Farlee, a high school student in Santa Cruz, California.
