We rescue abused, neglected, or abandoned equines; provide them with care and rehabilitation; and finally find them a compatible, loving home. We believe that education is the long-term solution to improving the lives of equines.



The United States Equine Rescue League, Inc. (USERL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded for the protection of equines. There are now 4 operational USERL states in the U.S.: North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky. The USERL regions within these states operate under the corporation of USERL.
