Pennyslvania-based Irish pro Paddy Young won three races at Saturday's Virginia Fall Races held at Glenwood Park in Middleburg.
He won the featured Chronicle Cup open timber -- a prep for the Oct. 17 International Gold Cup at Great Meadow -- aboard local owner Maggie Bryant's Erin Go Bragh. Second was Seeyouattheevent, who closed strongly in the stretch but never threatened the winner.
