Custom homebuilder Anthony Clatterbuck of Graystone Homes, Inc. is in the process of developing a 120-acre equestrian community. Situated off of Hudson Mill Road in Reva, the exclusive 8-lot community will offer equestrians the perfect blend of country living and the convenience of living within minutes of town.
The project is one near to the builder’s heart. Having grown up in the area and lived on the estate that is to become the community, Clatterbuck has a strong desire for the property to retain its country atmosphere.

Restrictive covenants will be put into place ensuring that the community remains a safe haven for horses and the people who enjoy them.
