Enjoy dressage with the Three Graces of beauty, elegance, and joy.
The Classicus Farm "Three Graces Lesson Series" offers you a chance to instill these graceful attributes: beauty, elegance, and joy into your riding. The three cornerstones of dressage will be the focus of the series:
1) a constant position,
2) a constant tempo,
3) a constant vibration (controlled energy)
There will be three lessons per month that will explore each attribute of the three cornerstones of dressage. The first will be on March 4th which will address the answer to the following question. More than 50% of a riders's success in dressage depends on what? "POSITION" You will learn to be both effective and light with your position and aids.
The first three Saturdays of March, April, and May at 1 p.m. will encompass the total of nine lessons (three each that explores each cornerstone of dressage). After each session while the horses are happily munching hay in their stalls, the group will have a social hour to continue our joy, be it at the farm, a local vineyard, or a local cafe. If you do not have a horse to bring to the lessons, Classicus Farm school horses are available to ride. The cost of each month is $150 which includes use of a stall along with the three lessons. We just ask that you clean your stall after use. If you sign up for all three months you will get a 10% discount for a total cost of $405.
