Saddle time, petting zoo, fun and games, and more, our Preschool Mini Camp is an opportunity for our young riders to enjoy "summer camp", we are excited to announce our Preschool Mini Camp! Camp is offered May 14-16 from 10-11:30 AM and the cost is $175 per camper with a 15% discount for the second sibling. Open to ages 2-6.
Each student will have half an hour in the saddle, half an hour participating in grooming and horse activities, and half an hour playing group games. Led by a second year OT student /horsewoman and our North Star instructor/therapeutic riding instructor-in-training, we focus on core strength, body awareness, horsemanship, and fun (please let us know if you have additional therapeutic goals for your child)! Parents are required to participate as sidewalkers while their child is in the saddle. If this is an issue, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
Students are required to wear a helmet and heeled boots. Only 8 slots available. If there is enough interest we will open a second session in the afternoon.
