The United States Trail Ride, Inc.'s 9th Annual BenefitPleasure Trail Ride on July 13, 2003 was RESCHEDULED from May 24 because of the insistend rain!
Experience the most beautiful countryside Middleburg can offer by riding either the 10 or 20 mile trail which meanders through woodlands, fields and streams. "The scenery was absolutely stunning," exclaimed one of last year's participants.
Entrance fees are $35 for the 10 mile ride, $45 for the 20 mile ride and include a complimentary picnic style lunch back at the base camp. Early
registrations save $10 as the fees will increase to $45 and $55 after July 9. This year's charity beneficiary is Childhelp USA's Virginia Equine Therapy Program.
Over 130 riders participated last year and previous years' beneficiaries include the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, Neersville and Philomont Volunteer Fire Departments and Middleburg Humane Society.
