A fun-filled educational day for the whole family. Guest speakers, live demonstrations, free food, exhibits, baby farm animals, and prizes all pertaining to equines and their friends!
This event is the third annual Equi-Fest. It has been a well attended event with many local organizations participating. It is educational and interactive with such exhibits as harnessing carriage horses, equine massage therapy, grooming tips, etc. Equi-Fest ’05 includes guest speakers: Dr. Melyni Worth- Foxden Equine, Charlie Otto- EzAll, Vernon Beamer- equine dentist, Mike Krens- farrier, Tony Brubaker- Intervet, Jeff Ramey- Succeed, and Gale Billhimer- Wynco. Exhibits include- Tractor and farm implements (Carlyle & Anderson), carriage driving and harnessing (Potomac River Driving Association), horse trailer exhibit, baby farm animals, and much more. A terrific equestrian and family event!
No admission fee/ No exhibitor fee. 10am - 4pm.
