The event, scheduled for November 20, 2005 rain or shine, is sponsored by the 4-H Millennium Riders of Yorktown and will be held at Kentucky Farms. It is scheduled to begin from 9 and 11 am. By participating in or attending the event, you will help raise funds for the internationally recognized research hospital. These funds will help St. Jude in its ongoing fight against childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases.
You are invited to enjoy an approximately 2 hour trail ride through rolling fields and wooded areas. Our trails are an easy, flat, enjoyable ride. Every person attending this event must pre-register by mail or drop-off at Kentucky Farms by the 18th of November. All persons attending, both riders and non-riders must complete a registration/Release of Liability form.
The fee’s for the ride are; Ride only - $20.00, Ride and Lunch only - $25.00, and Ride/Lunch/St. Jude T-Shirt - $35.00. Please make all checks payable to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. NO refunds.
Check-in is between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. All guests must depart the stables by 4:00 pm. No dogs or stallions will be permitted on the grounds. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area of our facility. There is NO smoking on the trails.
You must show a current negative Coggins before you can enter our facility. Helmets are required for all riders under 18 and encouraged for all. Riders under 18 must ride with a supervising adult.
