Hedgeland Equestrian Center in Waterford, Virginia is hosting a free-jumping clinic and free-jumping competition on November 8, 2008. Sponsors include the American Hanoverian Society and the Mid-Atlantic Hanoverian Breeders Club. The clinic will focus on introducing young horses to a jumping chute and techniques for addressing training issues as they progress. The competition is open to registered warmblood sporthorses and registered thoroughbreds with a class for 3 year olds and a class for 4 and 5 year olds.
