On Saturday November 8th there will be a Silent Auction held next to the Wildflowers Cafe at the Towers Mall in Roanoke. All proceeds will be donated to THE NATIONAL CHILDRENS LEUKEMIA FOUNDATION on behalf of Macayla Anglin.
Macayla is a sweet 7 yr old who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblast Leukemia. Fortunately, she is taking the treatments well, however she has met some other children who are having a much tougher time and SHE asked her parents what she could do to help.
Included in the silent auction are items donated from local businesses (Krogers, Wildflower Cafe, Tri-City Auto Repair....) and national chains (Lowe's, Pella Windows, The Disney Store and more).
One of the featured items is a 2009 breeding to FWR INVADERS IMAGE donated by Whispering Oaks Ranch ( www.whisperingoaksranch.com )including the lab and collection fees donated by Amethyst Acres Equine Center ( www.amethystacres.com ).
