Set your self up for riding success no matter what your discipline or level with Dr. Paul Haefner, a sports psychologist and life-long horse person, who specializes in horse-related issues. Learn what motivates you to ride through stress & anxiety; how you set goals (internal & external); what resources you have to achieve those goals; & how you assess risk. Then discover how to put all these factors together for a better riding experience.
Two hour seminar includes lunch. Limited number of private sessions (mounted or unmounted) in the afternoon. Ship-in or horses available.

To be held on Saturday, November 21 at North Stream Farm in Manassas, VA. (Rain or shine - we have an indoor!) Seminar starts at 9 AM.
Directions
Route 66 to 234 North (Manassas Battlefield) to 29 South. 3/4 mile to Featherbed Lane - Right on Featherbed. 3/4 mile to General Trimbles Lane - Left. 3/4 mile road makes a sharp right. Go through black gate, 2nd driveway on left takes you to the barn.
