Oakdale Farm is having a two day Jumping clinic with Nick Larkin January 16 & January 17th. The clinic was full & I just had two riders at Beginner Novice drop out. Can you send an email out to Area II. Nick was here in the fall & he does a wonderful clinic.

Nick Larkin will be at Oakdale Farm for an Jumping Clinic on January 16th & January 17th. There will be three groups of 4 riders at a $115 per rider per day for a two hour jumping clinic. The clinic will be held indoors unless weather & ground conditions allow otherwise. No additional Oakdale farm usage fee will be charged. Farm website for directions: www.oakdalehorsefarm.com

This is Nick Larkin's bio. We are so lucky to have such a talented instructor for this nominal cost.
Nick Larkin started his riding career in New Zealand in 1987. He has competed in Eventing since then and has recorded numerous wins and places in all levels of competition. In addition, he has competed in the United States, Great Britain, Italy, and Australia.
In 1998, Nick and his leading horse Red embarked on a competition campaign outside of New Zealand and Australia. On their way to the World Equestrian Games, they recorded their most significant win with the inaugural Rolex Kentucky 4- star Three Day Event.
Nick has competed in Dressage up to the Prix St. George level and in Show Jumping in New Zealand. In addition, Nick has trained thoroughbred race horses that have successfully raced in Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Virginia.
In 2002, Nick and his wife Jeannie bought a farm in Kentucky to pursue thoroughbred racing and breeding, while continuing to teach riding lessons and clinics. Nick has also built jumps, cross country courses, and assisted in the design of new horse facilities.
Nick has held regular clinics in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Texas since settling on the East Coast. From 2000 to 2007 and again in 2009, Nick has taught the Area V Young Rider Camp near Dallas, Texas.
