Robert McLaughlin “Jr.” Jr. has been involved in natural horsemanship all his life, growing up on the family ranch in the mountains of West Virginia. He has studied under such legends as Buck Brannaman, Peter Campbell, Ray Hunt, and Bryan Neubert. His natural horsemanship methods utilize off of the skills he has acquired through years of experience in working with all types of horses and riders. He has worked on ranches out west; started colts, and specializes in giving horses a solid foundation so that they can excel in their careers – be it upper level dressage horses, working cow horses, performance horses, or trail horses. His easy going communication style makes learning to get the best out of your horse simple and he teaches you to read your horse to take you both to new levels of performance. He takes complicated maneuvers and breaks them down into easy to understand steps that you can apply in many situations. He is the 2010 winner of the West Virginia Equine Extravaganza Trainer Challenge.
