Ride Friday, Saturday, & Sunday! Well marked, self guided long and short rides. Over 1800 acres of rolling terrain-through wooded trails, fields, streams, scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just outside of beautiful Charlottesville (one hour west of Richmond).
Primitive Camping, set up electric pens, picket, or tie. Weekend stall rental is available-$25
Dinner will be served on Friday & Saturday nights, lunch on the trail Saturday.
Trail Horse Competition on Sat night with cash & prizes for 1st-5th place (indoor arena)
Cost: $55 per person (registered by Sept 10, 2010) $70 after Sept 10th
Location: Saddle Creek Farm, 815 Saddle Creek Lane, Palmyra, VA 22963 Directions: from I-64, take exit 136 onto Rte 15 South to village of Palmyra (approx 9 mi). Take the second right after the Palmyra Bridge onto Haden Martin Road. Go three miles, turn right onto Long Acre Rd. Turn right onto Saddle Creek Lane.
