Sorting Dates: March 12th, April 16th, May 14th, June 25th (SAT PM), July 16th (SAT PM), August 20th (SAT PM), September 10th(SAT PM), October 8th, November 5th
9:30am for daytime Sorting; 4:00PM for Evening Sorting - Sign up for morning classes
10:00am for daytime Sorting; 4:30PM for Evening Sorting – 1. Warm up Sorting. Open to all ages and levels. $30/person for 6 runs or $6/person/run. 90 second time limit in the arena. Draw pot for teams of 2.
2. Novice & Beginner Sorting. Open to all age groups. Draw Pot for Teams of 2. $30/person for 6 runs or $6.00/person/run. 90 second time limit in the arena. Enter as many times as you want. Fastest time wins.
Short Break
3. Jackpot Sorting. Open to all ages and Levels. Draw Pot for Teams of 2. $10.00/person/run. 90 Second time limit in the arena. Enter as many times as you want. Fastest time wins. Cash Awards
4. Beginner Sorting. Open to all age groups. Draw Pot for Teams of 2. $30/person for 6 runs or $6.00/person/run. 90 second time limit in the arena. Enter as many times as you want. Fastest time wins.
The Next Division will start once the one before it has completed. Length of time in each division may vary.
Awards will be given to the High Point Youth and High Point Adult Beginner or Novice Riders of the day. Year End Prizes will be awarded at the end of the series. Each rider must attend four sorting’s for points to count.
If there is inclement weather Rain Dates will be scheduled. Please check our website www.butlerfarmsva.com for updates.
We will also have a concession stand open at 11:30am for daytime Sorting; 4:30 for Evening Sorting.
