When asked what makes our show different and fun, I didn’t have to think long. Our show is both of those things. Expense is a big issue with our economy. We address that. We have no office or ring fees. Our entry per division is a flat $40.00. This is but the beginning.
For the children’s divisions (ponies) we will give champion trophy’s and ribbons! Children love trophies! They will also have a yearend show on November 3rd. We will offer silver inscribed plates for both reserve and champion for the year for each division, plus other prizes! The last show will be an educational opportunity in that there will be an opportunity for question and answer with Glen Moody teacher at Sweetbriar, for improvement over the fall and winter.
For the adult rider there are prizes too. Are you tired of a dash board full of ribbons? How about a little cash too? If there is a full division (6 entries) you will receive your entry back, in each adult division. Year end dividends are nice, but this is awarded at the show you attend! Trophies are given in the adult divisions as well. In addition, the lovely facility offers a spacious and relaxed atmosphere. The arena indoor and outdoor has euro-felt, sand, and bluestone footing. The arena is tended and cared for daily. The jumps are professionally appointed and will challenge both you and your horse. Our judges are some of the best in the area. In addition we include rated judges in our line-up so you can improve throughout the year.
We are excited for you to enjoy our shows. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
May 5th show will feature: Joyce Anisworth, R judge known throughout. SUBWAY will be our lunch provider with box lunches for $6.00, drink included. This includes a 6’ sub, with trimmings, chips and a cookie!
