Great Meadow International will put you right in the action like no other event! There is no greater thrill than cheering on the Land Rover U.S. Eventing Team as they thunder across some of the most hallowed ground in racing, where 80% of the course can be viewed from one vantage point. Experience the nail biting thrill of show jumping as horse and rider teams tackle huge obstacles right at eye level. Watch the elegance and harmony of dressage the way it was intended, in a spectator filled arena where the focus is on the horse and rider.
While GMI brings the top competitors that high performance equestrian sport has to offer, entertainment is a high priority! Spectators will be treated to a bounty of entertainment options, including family friendly programming and the addition of a lux hospitality experience. During the Friday night’s dressage phase, all spectators can indulge in a ‘Sip & Shop’ event in the GMI Vendor Village featuring local vineyards and a bevy of national and local shopping partners. Saturday night will see the exciting pairing of show jumping and a fun-filled dance party in the pavilion once competition completes. VIPs will be treated to an upscale dinner in an elegant tent with live entertainment for the evening as well. Sunday will offer multiple options for daytime tailgating during the Cross Country phase.

From Warrenton/South: Take Rte. 17 North for 8 miles. Turn right onto Old Tavern Road (Rt. 245). Great Meadow Field Events Center is on right. Gate #1 is the main entrance.
From Washington/Suburbs: Take I-66 West to The Plains (Exit #31), turn left (South) on Old Tavern Road (Rt. 245). Great Meadow Field Events Center is 1 mile on left. Gate #1 is the main entrance.
From Middleburg: Go South on The Plains Road (Rt. 626). Take a right on Rt. 55. Turn left on Old Tavern Road (Rt. 245). Great Meadow Field Events Center is 1 mile on left. Gate #1 is the main entrance.
From South/West: Take I-66 East to Marshall (Exit #29). Take Rte. 17 South for 3 miles. Turn left on Old Tavern Road (Rt. 245). Great Meadow Field Events Center is on right. Gate #1 the is main entrance.
By Airport: The closest airport to Great Meadow is Dulles International in Sterling, VA.
By Train: AMTRAK’s Manassas Station is a 30 minute drive from Great Meadow Field Events Center.
