35yo 4th level Dressage trainer; over 20 years of experience with over 600 horses looking for a home base for 2-4 horses. Not a public program. I only teach lessons to those with their own horses. I do not board unless it is a horse in training. I have 2 personal horses and am looking for room for 2-4 horses. Private living quarters onsite are preferred but not necessary. Need Arena or Trails but not necessarily both. Have references; willing to relocate to NOVA, Central VA, or MD. Also open to property in SWVA. Willing to carry insurance at the right time. Prefer turnout to stalls. At 1800 hoping for housing onsite or an RV hookup.
