Seeking Full Time barn Help in Powhatan, Va near the Cumberland line. Horse knowledge and handling is a requirement. Position can grow into a barn manager title if individual is self motivated and hardworking. This is a natural horsemanship barn only.

This position will entail working basic farm equipment (can teach), turning horses out and bringing in, bathing and grooming horses, assisting owner with horse training as all horses are in training. Basic horse riding experience and handling is essential. Have to be an intermediate rider.

I am located on a private farm in Powhatan, Va near the Cumberland line. The job hours are 730am until 430 pm Monday through Friday. The pay is $16 an hour with a 3 month pay review. There are no benefits but there is ample vacation time both paid and unpaid built into employment package after 4 month review.
