From the infamous Downland lines comes Glenhaven's Saint Alastair, a 2016 sooty dappled Palomino Section B Welsh by Wales import Celton Samba (Downland Goldcrest X Cennen Song)
out of Glenhaven St. Aria (Old Acres St. George X Downland Alert)
His movement is fluid and expressive, with a beautiful extension.
He is fine boned, has a lovely dished face and big eager eyes. He has a nice round rear with a lovely filled neck.
He remains quite the gentleman, both quiet and gentle, sweet enough for even children to handle, an incredibly rare find!
He is learning quickly and will begin appearing in local shows this September.
His first crop is two colts from a TB mares and a Welara mare. Neither mare has any markings in their history but both colts received plenty so we know that this stallion stamps his foals with color and markings if that is what you desire! Photos of both in the list.
