30 acre farm 6 miles away from Richmond city.

Retirement board includes-

Stall
Turnout daily
Senior feed - up to 6qts per day
Hay in stalls
Round bales in the winter
Small herds
Fields rotated
Private tack locker for each boarder
Owner lives and works on premises
